The 2009 Texas Rangers, led by their skipper Ron Washington, were one of the funnest teams I covered in 2009.

Even though the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim beat my San Francisco Giants in the 2002 World Series (when they were the Anaheim Angels) I have always enjoyed watching and photographing this team- especially in recent years.

Lou Piniella has been around for a long time, and I have photographed him managing everyone from the Reds to the Mariners to the Devil Rays and now the Cubs over the past 20 years.
