2015 World Series: Game 4

Last night’s crazy 8th inning comeback by the visiting Kansas City Royals in Game 4 of the World Series against the New York Mets at Citi Field in New York was kind of a bummer. I am fine with the Royals winning the World Series, I just want this thing to go back to Kansas City. With the Mets clinging to a 3-2 lead in the top of the 8th I was rooting hard for a Mets win to even the Series at two games apiece, promising a trip back to KC and a minimum of six games. Now after the Royals 5-3 win that broke the hearts of fans all over the east coast the Royals can wrap this thing up tonight if they can beat Mets ace Matt Harvey. I hope The Dark Knight has one last great game in him this season so we can make that early morning flight to the midwest tomorrow morning.
The other bummer about the ballgame last night is there were no good pictures, at least from my really nice spot outside third base. I had a blast shooting next to Sports Illustrated ace Al Tielemans from Philadelphia. Al is a real terrific baseball guy and we had fun swapping stories about Richie Hebner, Todd Pratt, Chuckie Carr, and Steve Decker.
I refuse to post boring pictures of guys swinging the bat or throwing the ball, so in tiday’s blog post you will wsee no bad pictures of baseball players. Instead I will show you some of the other stuff I shot.
